Guest Conduct
As a condition of participating in Publix Apron's Make-Ahead Meals sessions at Publix, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and others, our guests are required to agree to the following conditions: each guest must agree that he/she will (a) follow all rules of conduct related to the use of the Publix Apron's Make-Ahead Meals facilities during his/her assembling sessions; (b) not attend his or her Publix Apron's Make-Ahead Meals session if he/she has, or has been exposed to, any communicable diseases including cold, flu, etc.; (c) promptly refrigerate the Publix Apron's Make-Ahead Meals, excluding the best fresh entrees, following the conclusion of his/her session and to freeze any dinners that will not be prepared and consumed within 4 days of the session; (d) follow the baking instructions specified on all meals; (e) keep all dinners below 40°F while in storage and heat all dinners to an internal temperature above 145°F for Steak, 155°F for fish or ground beef and 165°F for poultry when ready to eat; (f) assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all of Publix Apron's Make-Ahead Meals; (g) release Publix from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities that may arise as a result of he/she preparation, storage and consumption of Publix Apron's Make-Ahead Meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Publix; (h) not resell any Publix Apron's Make-Ahead Meals or use them for commercial service; and (i) pick up his/her entrees during the pickup times selected or pay a fee of $10 for each day that he/she does not pick up his/her entrees after his/her scheduled pickup time.
Publix recommends that each guest bring a cooler or other container to transport the meals home. We ask that children under the age of 12 not attend, in order to assure the safety of all in attendance at the sessions.
Allergen Alert
In compliance with the "Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004" please note that the Publix Apron's Make-Ahead Meals' facilities located in Publix may contain Dairy, Eggs, Crustacean Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, and Soybeans which account for most known allergens. Be aware that cross contamination may occur among food products and take appropriate safety measures. As our periodic menu changes please contact your local Publix store for more information.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations made more than two days in advance are subject to a full refund. Cancellations less than two days in advance of your session will be subject to a $30.00 re-stocking fee. If possible, the store will work with you to reschedule your session within 1-2 weeks of your original session date without penalty. Please contact your local store during inclement weather situations to see if your session has been cancelled. In the event the store must close, information will be provided on the store's voicemail and every effort will be made to reschedule your session.

Publix prides itself in providing quality menu items choices. Please understand that specific menu items are available only during the specific time frames indicated on the Site. All menu items are not available all the time. Publix reserves the right to schedule the rotation and repeat of specific items in, or the deletion of specific items from, our monthly schedule in our sole discretion. Pricing Information
Any applicable taxes will be added as part the checkout process.
While Publix strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Publix cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Publix shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Publix may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Purchases on Publix's Web Site
Through the Publix Web site or through a Web site hosted by a third party service provider, you may be able to purchase meal packages and menu items. Your purchases on our Web site or on that hosted by the third party service provider are subject to the following terms:
a) All items or services ordered on our Web site are deemed purchased in and issued from or provided in the State of Florida. You agree that the substantive laws of the State of Florida will govern your purchase online, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that otherwise might result in the application of the substantive laws of another jurisdiction. Further, you agree that any dispute relating in any way to your online purchase shall be submitted to confidential binding arbitration in Lakeland, Florida.
b) Only those individuals with a valid credit card may purchase meal packages and menu items via our
Web site or the Web site hosted by a third party service provider.
c) You may pay by credit card, cash or personal check. Payment online is by credit card only. Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will be billed when your order is submitted by you. Cash and personal checks will be accepted in the store at the time of your session; selecting either of these options online will reserve a place for you during the session.
d) Submission of your order constitutes an offer by you to purchase, and Publix reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. Acceptance of an offer occurs when the order is accepted by Publix and your credit card is successfully billed. After submitting your order, or after reserving your place during the session, you will be shown an order confirmation page and confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you provided on the form. You should either print the order confirmation page and/or keep the e-mail confirmation for your records.
e) Product prices do not include any sales, use, privilege, excise, or any other tax, duty, tariff, or assessment that may arise, and payment of any such costs are your responsibility.
f) By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s) requested.
Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If paying with a credit card, you will be charged upon checkout on the site. Cash or personal checks will be accepted as payment at the store when you pick up your order. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Quantity Limits/Dealer Sales
Publix reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same Publix account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
